Hero’s Journey Retreat

A Three-Day Experience for Real Life Change
Step Into Your Hero’s Journey
Maybe it’s your career path — or the uncertainty of not having one.
Maybe it’s your relationship — or a painful breakup.
Maybe it’s the challenges of parenting, or the wounds of being parented.
Or maybe you’re simply searching for meaning, purpose, or direction in your life.
Whatever form your life’s journey takes, one thing is true:
You are the hero of your story — and you are already on your Hero’s Journey.
What Is the Hero’s Journey?
The Hero’s Journey is a transformational map for life.
It’s a way of understanding your personal challenges, choices, and growth as part of a deeper process. This lens helps you reconnect to your inner strength and live with more purpose, authenticity, and clarity — stepping into the role you were meant to play: the hero of your own life.
You are not alone — and you are not off track.
Every obstacle is part of the path. Every transition holds a key. Here, you get a map and a compass.

״The Goal of Life is to Make your Heartbeat Match the Beat of The Universe,
to Match Your Nature With Nature״
- Joseph Campbell

Transform Your Life Through Nature,
Shared Path, and Personal Growth
Life is more than a linear path.
It moves in spirals, waves, and turning points.
Sometimes we feel lost, stuck, or like we’re being pushed toward something unfamiliar — and that’s often the beginning of a deeper story unfolding.
The Hero’s Journey is a timeless structure that helps us navigate these transitions. It offers a framework for understanding personal growth, healing, and the cycles of change we all go through.
This 3-day retreat on Koh Phangan invites you to step out of routine and into a meaningful journey of self-discovery — guided by experienced facilitators, nature, group connection, and reflection.
Whether you're at a crossroads, recovering from burnout, seeking new direction, or simply ready for deeper connection to yourself, the Hero’s Journey gives you a clear and supported path through transformation.

Our Journeys

The Hero's Journey
Your path. Your dragons. Your transformation.
Ever felt like life pushed you into something you weren’t ready for — a challenge, a change, a breaking point?
The Hero’s Journey offers a way to make sense of it. It’s a clear, grounded framework that helps you understand where you are, what you're facing, and how to move forward. Instead of getting stuck in confusion or self-doubt, you learn to recognize your path, access inner resources, and grow through the experience — not just around it.

"Dear Eyal , there’s no greater emotion than standing face to face with your own true self. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating a space where we could meet each other without masks, in presence, honesty, and connection between men! What a gift it is to learn from you. Thank you, and I look forward to reuniting next week״ 💚

“Ever since I’ve gone through the journey, I find myself returning again and again to the same question — and never to the same answer.
It’s fascinating for me to discover how the metaphor of life’s situations — the call, the refusal, the threshold — helps me identify where I actually am.
The content adapts to every situation and phase.
Eyal, keep guiding heroes toward their path. Amazing!

“Coming to Koh Phangan and participating in the Hero’s Journey retreat was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. As a woman living in London, constantly caught up in the rush of work and expectations, I didn’t even realise how much I needed to pause and reconnect with myself.
The experience helped me find clarity, strength, and direction by guiding me back to my own truth. I left with tools I still use, a sense of deep calm, and a heart full of gratitude. Thank you, Eyal and the team, for holding such a beautiful space.”

“I didn’t come looking for answers about love. but somehow, I found them anyway. For years I’ve been afraid of getting close, of staying too long, of letting someone truly see me. This retreat gave me a safe space to explore those fears without judgment. I left with more than courage. I left with a softness in my heart I hadn’t felt in years.” Élise M., 41, Mont-Tremblant, Québec

“I didn’t come expecting much, just some quiet time away. But somewhere between the moments, the sharing, the reflection, I remembered a part of myself I thought was gone. I left feeling motivated to take better care of my body and with a deep urge to reach out to my daughter. This journey opened something in me I didn’t know I was still longing for. I connected to the part of me that still hopes, still wants to change, still knows it’s possible. I came home feeling lighter, more motivated to take care of myself, and even called my daughter just to tell her I love her. That alone was worth everything.”

“I came to the retreat feeling stuck — creatively, emotionally, and professionally. I’ve been dreaming of starting my own design studio, but fear and self-doubt kept holding me back. Something shifted during those three days: being in nature, feeling supported, and finally hearing my own inner voice. I returned home with courage, a plan, and a full heart.”

"Being a veteran, I’ve carried things in my mind and heart for decades, memories I never dared to speak aloud. This retreat didn’t erase them, but it helped me carry them differently. I didn’t feel alone anymore. For the first time in a long time, I felt seen, heard, and part of something real. It’s a lot different from therapy. Tough to explain but definitely does something powerful to you in a good way."

I joined the retreat because a friend wouldn’t stop talking about it — and now I understand why. I felt seen, energized, and reconnected to something I hadn’t realized was missing in my life. I’ve decided to take the facilitator training next, so I can bring this process into my weekly art group. It just fits — it’s creative, real, and full of life.”

"Eyal and Ole and the crew, thank you so much! This was an amazing journey! It made my whole Koh Phangan stay and Thailand trip meaningful and unforgettable. As an engineer, I don’t usually dive into this kind of thing, but going through the Hero’s Journey gave me a new way to look at the changes in my life, especially my divorce. Instead of falling apart, I found strength and meaning, and clear sense of direction. I’m going home with more than just memories.”
